Sena Abla Agbekoh is a Partner at AB & David Ghana, a pan- African business law firm headquartered in Accra. Sena has over 12 years of experience in regulatory compliance matters, business establishment and investment advise, mergers & acquisitions, and tax. She also has extensive experience in project structuring, general project advisory services, and provision of legal advice in construction and infrastructure related matters and approaches PPP project structuring from a multidisciplinary perspective.

Sena’s most stark qualities include her exemplary leadership style, an understanding of law and a unique business sense. Her commitment to excellence and passion to work out solutions that meets the needs of the clients she represents and her discipline are particularly worthy of note.

Sena contributed to the draft of the first ever law which regulates Public Private Partnerships in Ghana and provided legal advice towards the design of Ghana’s PPP Structure for the extraction of water resources and railway concessions amongst others.

She provided legal advisory services for the construction of a 205km Chingola-Solwezi PPP Toll Road project in Zambia. Lead in transaction advisory services to Government of Ghana through the Ghana Water Company Limited for the structuring and implementation of the Sogakofe-Lome cross boarder PPP water project to mention but a few.

Sena holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL), Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and a combined Bachelor program in Linguistics and Philosophy all from the University of Ghana.

Sena is a member of the Association of Ghana Bar Association, International Bar Association and American Bar Association.
